Once bitten, twice shy. Tiles ALL calculated incorrectly, resulting in a shortage of most and a large surplus for the other. Shower was faulty when opened for installation. Salesman could not have been less interested in resolving issues for us. Shop local? Never again. Whilst I understand why you defend your business, the fact is that my review is honest as to how we were dealt with. In response to your glib comment of "why fit a faulty shower", as we explained at every stage of our order, we bought the tiles and bathroom fittings in your sale for an extension which wasn't yet built. Consequently, the shower was only installed last week by a professional plumber, and there was no way of knowing it was faulty until the water was connected. The fact of the matter is that you should not be SELLING a faulty shower, please don't blame us for having it installed in good faith. You state that we were offered a number of solutions which we refused. That is simply untrue. We were told twelve days ago that a replacement part had been ordered and that we would have it early last week. We are still waiting, even though your "professional and courteous" salesman allegedly ordered another part yesterday and promised that he would phone us when it arrived with him today. It's 18.22, your business is closed for the day, and we have had no call to say that the part arrived or that it has been delayed. Sadly, we are not at all surprised. Meanwhile, the faulty shower continues to leak. In conclusion, you may feel that you have handled this situation well, but we as customers have strongly felt the opposite to be true. We will take our business elsewhere in the future, and will urge others to do the same.

Poor customer service wrong order twice and left us with no sink. Rang many times with no reply from staff having to ring many times to get a reply. Whilst we got a welcomed call back saying the salesman would deliver it personally in the evening it still left us with no sink and plumber to Plumb the sink untill the following week as his work had to be rescheduled.

An update on our previous review. DB Tiles pitched a hissy fit after our original one star review, and didn't contact us with the replacement part for our faulty shower, which they had promised to do. We had to approach the Dublin company ourselves, and source the part ourselves, pay the plumber to come back etc etc. "Unjust" criticism of "professional and courteous" staff my arse! Buyers beware. Avoid this place like the plague.
